Hiring: Licensed Mental Health Professionals $5k Sign on Bonus!

We are excited to announce that CHE Behavioral Health Services is actively seeking fully licensed mental health clinicians to join our team of compassionate and dedicated professionals. As a leading multispecialty group of licensed professionals, we are committed to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions.

About the Role:

As a Licensed Mental Health Professional with CHE Behavioral Health Services, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives through the in-patient care we provide at the facilities we serve. We are seeking talented clinicians who share our passion for delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of older adults.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Demonstrate a commitment to our core values of compassion, integrity, and excellence

What We Offer:

$5,000.00 Sign on Bonus for full-time hires
Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $160,000 annually

Requirements:

Fully licensed in one of the following fields: Clinical Psychologist, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, LCSW
Reliable transportation
Minimum 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply)
