Licensed Mental Health Clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LMHC, Psychologist) - Join Our Team at CHE Behavioral!
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our team at CHE Behavioral, a multispecialty group of licensed professionals committed to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions since 1994.
About the Role
As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician at CHE Behavioral, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for our older adult patients in long-term care and rehabilitation centers. Our clinicians work in a compassionate and cost-effective manner to provide behavioral health services that demonstrate a positive impact on patients' physical and mental well-being. With a focus on improving overall health outcomes, your expertise will help patients and their families achieve their individual therapeutic goals.
Responsibilities
Provide individual and group therapy to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Participate in case consultations and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers
Maintain accurate records and adhere to quality assurance standards
Requirements
Must be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist
Must have a master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field
Must have experience working with older adults and individuals with mental health conditions
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
