$105,000 - $125,000+ Depending on Experience

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court on family law matters, ensuring their rights and interests are protected with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with our team to develop strategic legal approaches that align with clients' goals and our firm's values.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and client advisement.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, maintaining accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Engage in effective negotiation and mediation to resolve disputes amicably and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout their legal journey.

Qualifications:

• Experience in family law practice (4 years or more), demonstrating a deep understanding of legal principles and procedures.
• Ability to represent clients in court with confidence, ensuring their rights are upheld and interests are prioritized.
• Proven track record of successful negotiation and mediation, resolving disputes efficiently and amicably.
• Strong research and analytical skills to support case preparation and provide informed client advisement.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex legal concepts clearly and compassionately to clients.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Collaborative mindset, eager to work with our team to develop strategic legal approaches aligned with client goals and firm values.
