Systems Support Analyst

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Hybrid Entry-Level Systems Support Analyst. This role focuses on providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and assisting employees with hardware, software, and business application support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and business applications
• Troubleshoot system, network, and user account issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
• Respond to support tickets and resolve technical requests
• Document issues, solutions, and system updates
• Assist with employee onboarding and device setup
• Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues
• Support user access management and password resets
• Collaborate with internal IT teams on system improvements
• Maintain accurate technical documentation
• Support technology projects and infrastructure initiatives
• Perform additional IT support duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in IT support, customer service, administration, or related roles
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and computer networking
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
