Systems Analyst II

Our client is seeking a Systems Analyst II to support, configure, and enhance their Oracle Cloud HCM environment, recently upgraded to Oracle Redwood. The ideal candidate is an independent worker with strong analytical skills and a solutions-oriented mindset. This is a hybrid position based in Fairfield County, CT.

Systems Analyst II's Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support, build, configure, and implement new functions within Oracle Cloud HCM
• Partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve system issues across core HCM modules
• Build and maintain reports using tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher
• Design, build, and support integrations using tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, and OIC
• Configure and maintain Core HR, Recruiting, Time Keeping, and Payroll modules
• Assist with testing and validation following the Oracle Redwood upgrade

Systems Analyst II's Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 3 years of professional experience as an Oracle HR/HCM Systems Analyst or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, including Core HR, Recruiting, Time Keeping, and Payroll modules
• Experience with Oracle Redwood, or willingness/ability to work within a recently upgraded Redwood environment
• Report building experience with tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher
• Integration experience with tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, and OIC
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to propose practical solutions
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
