Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Med Surg for a travel assignment in Peoria, Illinois. This role involves providing comprehensive care to patients in an acute care setting, with a focus on patient comfort and recovery. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide care to patients with respiratory failure, post-surgical, wound care, IV antibiotics, post CVA, post trauma, and cardiac conditions
• Perform PEG tube care/feedings and manage CVC/PICC/Midline care
• Care for tracheostomy patients and titrate drips such as Heparin
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care
• Participate in unit shifts alongside a preceptor during orientation

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Experience with PEG tube care and CVC/PICC/Midline usage
• Able to work weekend and holiday rotations as required
