Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite to Start (Potential Hybrid Opportunity)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Implementation Specialist to support Treasury Services within Private Bank Operations. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working collaboratively across teams, and are committed to delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Information Handling & Ticket Management

• Accurately transfer information from emails into ticketing systems

• Maintain strong attention to detail and organization

• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

• Demonstrate initiative and work independently when needed

✅ Communication & Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, video conferencing, and messaging platforms

• Support internal stakeholders across a national network

• Contribute to a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment

✅ Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Experience with Salesforce and nCino is a plus

• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and mainframe environments
