We’re looking for a highly skilled Tableau expert to join our Global Sales Strategy team. In this critical role, you will be a key architect and developer for our new global standard reporting infrastructure for the entire Salesforce Sales organization. This is a unique opportunity to build gold‑standard dashboards and inventive, intuitive analytics tools that will serve as the cornerstone for our sales and strategy teams. What You’ll Be Building... Gold-Standard Dashboards: Develop and deliver insightful dashboards that serve as the single source of truth for key metrics, including ACV, pipeline, NNAOV, and forecasting. Efficient Data Models: Build efficient and performant data models using tools such as Snowflake, Tableau Prep, or Tableau Relationships to ensure a clean, reliable, and scalable foundation for all reporting. Data Stewardship: Act as a data steward, ensuring the integrity and timeliness of critical sales data. Work directly with our audience to address technical issues or implement feedback suggestions, continuously improving the reporting experience. Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams within Sales Operations and beyond to define consistent reporting standards and best practices. About You... Tableau Expert: You have extensive hands‑on experience (3+ years) in building complex, performant, and user‑friendly Tableau dashboards, visualizing data to drive clear, actionable insights for a global audience. Data Driven: You have a strong background in data analysis and are proficient in writing SQL queries to pull and validate data from relational databases. A Project Leader: You have a proven ability to lead projects from conception to completion, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Strategic Thinker: You can see beyond the data to provide strategic recommendations and insights that guide business decisions. Meticulously Organized: You are passionate about process, documentation, and establishing best practices to ensure the long-term success and scalability of the reporting infrastructure. Compensation In the United States, compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, job level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The typical base salary range for this position is $99,400–$150,300 annually. Certain cities in the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan areas may offer a higher range.
