Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Phoenix, AZ

argenx seeks an experienced Territory Business Manager for the Phoenix-Scottsdale area to drive demand and patient access for rheumatology products. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion centers while executing territory strategies aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned territory to engage healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using market data and customer insights
• Build and maintain productive relationships with assigned healthcare stakeholders and affiliated staff
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
• Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and timely

Requirements

• 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
• Significant demonstrated rheumatology sales background strongly preferred
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
• Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
• Strong ability to collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree required
• Residency required within assigned Phoenix-Scottsdale-Mesa market

Compensation: $140,000-$192,500 base
