About the Role:
A Robert Cromeans Salon Inc in San Diego, CA is looking for a dynamic and creative Salon Reservationist & Social Media Content Creator to be the voice and face of our brand over the phone, online & in person. This is a unique dual role perfect for someone who thrives on connection, knows how to make every guest feel like a VIP and has a passion for crafting scroll-stopping content. If you're organized, charismatic, and social-media savvy, we want to hear from you!
- Manage salon reservation scheduling, cancellations, and confirmations via phone, email, and booking platforms
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through warm, professional guest communication using our salon dialogue
- Capture behind-the-scenes salon content including transformations, team highlights, and promotions
- Create and curate engaging social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (this content submitted to our social media manager)
- Collaborate with stylists and salon leadership to promote services, events, and special offers
- Track front desk metrics and assist with administrative duties as needed
- Develop "Guest Eyes" to make sure the salon always looks it best for every guest, every time
- Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced salon environment
- Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts, preferably for a business or brand
- Proficiency with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Strong photography, video editing, and content creation skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools a plus)
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced salon environment
- Passion for people, especially hairdressers
