Staff Accountant (Manufacturing)

Job Description
We are seeking a Staff Accountant with strong accounting and analytical skills who thrives in a manufacturing environment. This role goes beyond traditional accounting duties and partners closely with operations to support inventory, production, costing, and overall plant performance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage general accounting and month-end close activities -Analyze inventory, production, and manufacturing costs -Monitor cost variances and provide financial insights -Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting -Partner with plant operations to improve efficiency and profitability
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of accounting experience -Manufacturing and/or cost accounting experience preferred -Strong Excel and analytical skills -Ability to connect operational activities to financial results
