Square One Concepts seeks a driven Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations for our innovative Food & Beverage venue. Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you’ll oversee floor execution, staff performance, and guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards of quality and hospitality. Responsibilities include supervising service teams, training and coaching staff, managing inventory and labor costs, and ensuring health and safety compliance. You’ll model exceptional customer service, support local marketing efforts, and help drive revenue, profitability, and team culture with opportunities for career growth.
