Travel Physical Therapist - $2,420 per week

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Salem, Arkansas. Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Salem, AR supporting home health patients. Provide evaluations, reassessments, start-of-care visits, and treatment visits to patients in their homes while working within a 50-mile coverage radius. You will document care in a timely manner consistent with agency policy. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Arkansas PT license required to start the assignment. Home health experience required. Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) required. CPR (BLS) certification required. Ability to complete thorough documentation within 24 hours is preferred. Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius of Salem, AR during work shifts. Preferred Qualifications Efficiency in documentation and prioritization of thorough, quality care visits. Experience managing productivity expectations similar to 24–30 weekly points. Assignment Details Shift hours: 0800–1600 (Monday–Friday schedule indicated). Weekly hours: open to 32–40 hours per week. Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient. Coverage area: 50 mile radius surrounding Salem. No weekend or on-call requirement. Dress code: blue scrubs.
