Ambulatory Physician Assistant - Patient Care & Procedures
PREMISE HEALTH
Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Physician Assistant to provide primary care services at our Grayslake, IL Health Center. You will conduct exams, develop care plans, order tests, and collaborate with physicians to ensure continuity of care. The role requires NCCPA certification, ARC-PA accredited PA program, and a DEA license where applicable, along with 3+ years of ambulatory care experience.
