Your Impact as an LPN

You are the heartbeat of our resident care. In this role, you will do much more than pass medicationsyou will uplift spirits and advocate for health.

• Compassionate Care: Administer treatments, manage wound care, and provide top-tier clinical support.
• Resident Advocacy: Assess changing health needs and collaborate with physicians to keep care plans accurate.
• Heartfelt Connection: Offer emotional support, reassurance, and clear guidance to residents and their families.
• Collaborative Leadership: Partner with CNAs and charge nurses to create a smooth, joyful, and efficient shift environment.

What You Bring to Our Team

• Valid Oklahoma LPN license and a graduate of an accredited program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• A compassionate heart with a strong desire to work in skilled nursing.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with families and team members.
• The physical stamina to stand, move, and safely assist patients throughout a rewarding 12-hour shift.
