MedSurg/Tele Travel Nurse - Alexandria, LA

This MedSurg/Tele travel nurse position in Alexandria, Louisiana, with Advantis Medical is a 13-week Travel MedSurg/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) contract at Rapides Regional Medical Center. This role pays $2,157 per week and follows a Nights shift with a 3x12 schedule.

In this MedSurg/Tele travel nursing role, you will provide patient care in a hospital setting, assess and monitor patient conditions, support urgent interventions, document care accurately, and collaborate with physicians and the clinical care team during fast-moving patient situations.

Travel Nursing Requirements

• 2+ years of recent MedSurg/Tele nursing experience
• Active Louisiana RN License

Rapides Regional Medical Center serves Central Louisiana with emergency, inpatient and surgical care, plus a dedicated women's and children's hospital.

• Trauma care includes neurosurgery coverage and orthopedic trauma services, with hand, oral surgery and urology consultation available for complex injuries.
• General medicine and telemetry care sit alongside medical and surgical ICUs, giving the hospital both inpatient medical care and intensive-care services.
