Job Summary:

Seeking a licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with pediatric experience to provide advanced respiratory care. The role involves delivering specialized treatments and assessments to pediatric patients in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate and monitor pediatric patients' respiratory conditions.

  Administer respiratory therapies and treatments according to physician orders.
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment progress.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and quality standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active New Jersey Respiratory Therapist license.
  
  
• 
  Possess at least 2 years of experience as an RRT, with pediatric specialization.

  Demonstrate proficiency in pediatric respiratory assessment and intervention.

  Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
