Administrative Court Clerk
Join our team! We are hiring for the role of Administrative Court Clerk in the City Court. Essential Job Functions include greeting office visitors, answering telephone, reading/responding to email requests, and providing assistance to city personnel and the public. Additional duties involve maintaining/coordinating the court calendar, managing department financial records, assisting in credit card processing and bank deposits, opening/maintaining infraction and ordinance violation case files, preparing certification of records and requests for driving/criminal records, preparing paperwork for the suspension of licenses for Failure to Pay and Failure to Appear, processing uniform traffic tickets, filing forms with BMV, and preparing certified driving records for court initial hearings.
