Overview As a Front Desk Agent , you are responsible for welcoming guests, creating memorable moments throughout their stay, and offering a full range of hotel amenities and services. You will settle guest accounts upon check‑out, resolve issues, and handle special requests in alignment with our service values. As a Boyne Mountain team member you can enjoy perks such as ski passes, golf passes, waterpark passes, and discounts on food, beverages, retail, daycare, and more. Responsibilities Check in guests quickly, accurately, and with the highest level of service. Suggest activities to help guests make the most of their stay. Show compassion toward guest concerns and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues. Apply a fun‑loving personality to assist guests. Exceed guests’ needs and expectations. Qualifications Provide outstanding customer/guest service, meeting new people and reconnecting with returning guests. Passion for exceeding expectations. Attention to detail; pride in accuracy and quality of work. Approachable, hospitable, and communicative, remaining calm under pressure. Team‑player: supportive of teammates and contributes to a fun work environment. Flexible and willing to learn more; available nights, weekends, and holidays.
