Roof Repair Technicians Wanted

Statewide Roofing is opening a new location in Sacramento, CA, and looking for Roof Repair Technicians to join our skilled and hardworking team. In this hands-on role, you'll help deliver timely, high-quality emergency roof repairs and routine maintenance while working closely with our customers and Lead Technicians. What You'll Do:

• Respond to emergency and scheduled maintenance calls.
• Support Lead Technicians with on-site roof repairs and inspections.
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
• Learn to perform cleaning, inspections, and repairs on all roof types (tile, shingle, single-ply, built-up, etc.).
• Assist with documentation using tablet-based service software.
• Provide additional support with general roofing labor, yard duties, and other tasks as needed.

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of general work experience (roofing a plus!).
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
• Willingness to learn roofing practices and safety protocols.
• Ability to use or learn tools like drills, blowers, and saws.
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong team spirit.
• Tech-savvy or able to learn mobile/tablet apps for job documentation.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Work Conditions:

• Full-time availability (40 hours/week) with potential overtime.
• On-call availability for emergency and weekend work.
• Physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and climb ladders up to 40 ft.
• Comfortable working at heights and traveling throughout the North Bay
