DESCRIPTION

Crumbl Cookies is hiring immediately for Shift Lead with fast skills to join our team. As a franchisee of the rapidly expanding Crumbl Cookies phenomenon, we are hiring multiple Shift Leads for our Crumbl Boardman 224 location! At our stores we work hard, have fun and are driven by results. We focus on integrity, initiative, and clear communication as we satisfy customers and develop our employees. The selected candidates will embody this culture as they help fulfill the Crumbl vision of bringing family and friends together over the world's best box of cookies.

Duties primarily revolve around the general management of your direct reports, which include, but are not limited to: providing and demonstrating task instructions, keeping attendance, and measuring key performance indicators. You will be expected to keep records and produce reports that will be used to review team performance. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and a passion for excellence, and ensure the bakery is meeting the high standards customers and employees deserve.

Available Shift Times

• 6am-10pm Mon-Thur 6am-11pm- Fri-Sat

Shift Lead Responsibilities:

• MANDATORY MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR SHIFT LEAD OR MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Having an excellent understanding of Crumbl processes, including mixing, baking, and cleaning.
• Ensuring cookie availability and quality are consistently meeting store standards.
• Mixing, balling, baking, dressing, and serving high quality cookies.
• Creating professional, friendly and excellent customer experience.
• Handling customer complaints or conflicts in a professional manner.
• Ensure great customer service at all levels.
• Training new employees and ensuring their success.
• Delegating daily cleaning responsibilities
• Fulfill and take catering orders, including call ahead orders

• Be able to perform each position in the store.
• Must be at least 18 years old (requirement to work the mixers)
• Upbeat and positive examples to the rest of your staff.
• All Crumbl Crew Members must have a valid Level 2 Ohio Food Safety Certification to work in a Crumbl store. a 30-day grace period will be given from the date of hire
