Position Overview Department: Outpatient Physical Therapy Schedule: Day/Evening shifts, 8 hours, Monday to Friday Facility: Orthopedic Center Location: Auburn, ME 04210 Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000! Position Highlights Outpatient setting within a hospital environment. Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system integrated with all healthcare providers in the region. Practice hours are weekdays from 7 AM to 5:30 PM. Focus on personalized patient care. One-on-one therapy sessions. No overlapping appointments or double bookings. Schedule managed by therapists. Key Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist, you will: Conduct patient evaluations and physical therapy assessments. Create and implement tailored treatment plans. Administer therapeutic interventions aimed at rehabilitation and functional enhancement. Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families about treatment strategies and recovery objectives. Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, and patient safety standards. Qualifications Education and Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate, or Certificate). Current state license in Physical Therapy. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification from AHA, to be maintained throughout employment.
