Job Duties

The job duties include:

• Providing systematic application of management analysis concepts, techniques, methodology, and other professional skills required for developing and validating command organizational concepts and procedures.
• Applying advanced management analysis concepts in areas such as program cost analysis, annual and multi-year fiscal planning, development of annual and multi-year fiscal planning, development of annual work plan(s), and/or commercial activity for organizations whose operations are interrelated and fairly stable.
• Conducting, advising, evaluating, and promoting Department of Defense, Air Force, and Manpower programs as assigned, including Competitive Sourcing, Reengineering and Performance Management, Wartime/Contingency Management, Foreign Military Sales, MPES/UMD Management, Productivity Programs, and recognition programs. Carrying out all Command-level manpower analyst responsibilities related to the assigned project/program.
• Preparing required correspondence and documentation, such as letters, reports, staff studies, background papers, implementation plans, and Programming Plans (PPlans). Providing oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, consultations, and conferences.
