Inside Sales Representative

HBE Logistics is looking for a driven, experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a true cradle-to-grave brokerage role for someone who knows how to build relationships, develop business, and manage freight from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Minimum 3+ years of freight brokerage sales experience

✅ Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business

✅ Experience managing customers and freight from pickup to delivery

✅ Strong relationship-building and communication skills

✅ Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset

✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Position Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new shipper relationships
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through account management
• Coordinate and oversee freight movements from start to finish
• Negotiate rates and build carrier relationships
• Deliver high-level customer service while growing your book of business
