What you'll do

• Develop and follow up on insurance leads
• Conduct needs-based conversations with prospective and existing customers
• Recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
• Generate quotes and assist customers with policy decisions
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Meet or exceed sales goals through consultative selling
• Provide responsive, accurate, and professional customer service
• Follow up with customers to identify additional coverage needs

What we're looking for

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license required
• Insurance sales experience preferred
• Previous success meeting sales goals or quotas preferred
• Strong communication and listening skills
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach
• Ability to build trust and explain insurance products clearly
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Ability to work in-office in Raleigh, NC, with one remote workday
