- Lead key aspects of the month-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Perform technical accounting research and assist with the implementation of accounting guidance and policies
- Maintain and account for fixed assets and related schedules
- Support SEC reporting efforts through preparation of supporting schedules, tie-out documentation, and related reporting activities
- Review accounts payable activity and help ensure strong internal controls and SOX compliance across accounting processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- Public accounting experience combined with industry accounting experience is highly preferred
- Experience with financial statements, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and SEC reporting support
- Strong understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance requirements
- Self-directed professional who takes ownership, identifies solutions, and thrives with minimal supervision
