Leading and motivating a team of skilled workshop personnel Coordinating daily workshop activities in a safe and efficient manner Providing technical guidance and support to team members Mentoring apprentices and developing workshop capability Carrying out diagnostics, maintenance, rebuilds, and repairs on heavy machinery Troubleshooting complex mechanical issues Maintaining a strong safety culture and compliance standards Managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment What We’re Looking For Australian Manual Driver's Licence Australian or New Zealand recognised trade qualification Previous leadership experience within a workshop or heavy industry environment Strong commitment to workplace safety and knowledge of WorkSafe requirementsAbility to work independently and lead by example Additional tickets and licences highly regarded, including: Why Join Us?
