Assistant Store Manager

In this role, you’ll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. Responsibilities Partner with store managers to oversee daily operations, merchandising, product launches, and sales objectives; coach and develop retail sales consulting teams; provide exceptional customer service; collaborate on initiatives beyond store walls; champion change and drive results. Qualifications Excellent communication and leadership skills Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry Prior management experience Well‑developed planning, analytical and problem‑solving skills Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls Strategic perspective and ability to champion change Inspire your team through high performance, collaboration and teamwork Utilize professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues Take initiative and create results Compensation Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Regular Location: USA:AK:Fairbanks:407 Merhar Ave:RET/RET Salary Range: $47,500.00 - $71,300.00 Your annual salary ranges from $47,500 to $71,300, plus $18,000+ in commissions if all sales goals are met.
