Location: Brea, CA | Showroom
Base Pay: $21/Hour + Commission
Commission Guarantee: $1,500 (First 6 Months)

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client, a high-end kitchen and bath showroom , is seeking an experienced Retail Design & Sales Consultant to join its team in Brea, CA.

This opportunity combines consultative sales, interior design guidance, and exceptional customer service . You'll help customers select premium kitchen and bath products while managing relationships and sales throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with a passion for design, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to exceed sales goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in a premium kitchen and bath showroom.
• Drive sales and consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales and gross margin goals .
• Provide personalized design guidance and product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the full project lifecycle , from consultation through completion.
• Follow up on incoming leads and proactively develop new business opportunities.
• Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Manage multiple customers and projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members in a service-focused, team-selling environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 5+ years of professional sales experience required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Passion for interior design, premium products, and customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-selling environment.
• Availability to work weekends required.
• Kitchen and bath, interior design, showroom, luxury retail, or related sales experience preferred.
• Undergraduate, trade, or design school education preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

• $21/hour base pay + sliding-scale commission.
