The Staff Pad
The Staff Pad has partnered with Modoc Medical Center , a critical access hospital in beautiful northeastern California, to hire a Physical Therapist . This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who value patient-centered care, manageable caseloads, and a supportive team environment .
You’ll work across outpatient, inpatient, swing bed, and skilled nursing settings , providing one-on-one care and making a direct impact in a close-knit community.

- Provide prescribed physical therapy treatments and evaluate effectiveness
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments
- Maintain accurate documentation and billing
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Support pain management and coordinate patient care plans
- Active California Physical Therapist license
- Current BCLS certification
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapy modalities
- Familiarity with infection control and safety practices
- A patient-first mindset and strong communication skills
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time)
