Operating Room Director, CNOR, Surgery Dept. Tx. Full-time Responsibilities Maintains oversight and direction for the departments of OR, PACU, Outpatient Surgery, PAT, and Endo. Develops, implements, and evaluates policies, standards, educational services, and programs that support the departments. Qualifications Registered Nurse with current Texas license. Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from an accredited school. Preferred: Master’s in Nursing or BSN, CNOR certification, BCLS certification, ACLS certification. Six or more years of experience in a Director role for Surgical Services or related service lines. Demonstrated leadership in surgical services nursing and administrative experience.
