Job Description Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. Process all check‑ins and check‑outs according to established hotel requirements. Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures. Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel. Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping. Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction. Other duties as assigned. Provide superior guest services including check‑in/check‑out of hotel guests courteously and efficiently. Process all payments according to established hotel requirements. Provide information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred. Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co‑workers to their understanding. Computer experience preferred.Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
