Registered Nurse (RN) Dialysis - FT Days| PAM Health New Albany

Dialysis Registered Nurse We are hiring a Dialysis Registered Nurse to work under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse, providing comprehensive nursing care to patients admitted to the dialysis units. Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process while delivering, directing and supervising care to patients. Plan, coordinate and provide patient care, including interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching, and accessing community resources. Oversee dialysis treatments for patients with acute or chronic kidney failure as ordered by physicians. Perform additional duties as assigned or requested, including the role of Charge Nurse when required. Qualifications Active RN license in the state of application. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred initially and required after 90 days; required from day 1 for all Charge Nurses, High Observation, and ICU.
