Responsibilities Assist in month end close process, including Investor performance estimates Administrator oversight and reconciliation Fee calculations Capital account and statement review Ad hoc internal and external queries Observe the Fund Accounting roles and responsibilities Interact with various departments around the firm to learn how the firm operates as a whole Candidate Profile Pursuing an Accounting degree Interest in the asset management industry Eager to work hard, contribute to the team and learn the Fund Accounting role Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited college/university Location New York, NY Hybrid Work Schedule 4/1 split (Monday-Thursday work from office, Friday optional work from home) Employment Type Full-time, Non-Exempt HPS Investment Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
