Inside Sales Representative - Aerospace Component Manufacturing Inside Sales Representative Location :Doral, FL Work Type :In-Office Schedule :Full-Time Salary :$50,000 - $60,000 annually (depending on experience) Position Overview ttg Talent Solutions is supporting a client in the aviation and aerospace supply sector seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team in Doral, Florida. This role is critical to driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting daily sales operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service. This individual will play a key role in managing customer communications, processing orders, supporting pricing activities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to expand business within assigned accounts or market segments. Manage inbound and outbound customer communications including calls, emails, and inquiries. Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and provide accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines. Monitor quote activity and conduct timely follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities. Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring inquiries, orders, and requests are handled efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with internal teams such as purchasing, asset management, and customer support to ensure alignment on pricing, inventory, and delivery expectations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance sales processes and customer experience. Track and work toward achieving individual sales performance goals. Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems. Perform additional duties as assigned to support sales operations and organizational objectives.
