Inside Sales Representative

Euro Hardware and Baths is a well-established company with over 15 years of experience in South Florida, specializing in European-style interior doors, architectural hardware, vanities, faucets, toilets, mirrors, bathtubs, and other products for residential and commercial construction and remodeling projects. Located in Doral, Florida, we operate a showroom and a 25,000-square-foot warehouse with local inventory available for immediate delivery. We serve homeowners, contractors, developers, architects, and interior designers throughout South Florida. Role Description: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team full-time at our Doral showroom. The primary responsibility of this position is to respond quickly to inbound leads, make outbound sales calls, understand each customer’s project, recommend appropriate products, schedule showroom appointments, prepare quotes, and follow up consistently until the opportunity is closed. Our sales team works with a structured sales pipeline and forecasting process. The selected candidate will be responsible for keeping every opportunity updated, documenting the next action, monitoring expected closing dates, and participating in weekly pipeline and sales forecast reviews. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, persistent with follow-up, and motivated by achieving sales goals. This is not a passive showroom position; we are looking for someone who actively develops opportunities and builds relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities Contact and qualify inbound leads by phone, WhatsApp, and email. Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products. Schedule qualified appointments for the Doral showroom. Prepare quotes and follow up consistently with customers. Maintain accurate and updated information in the company’s sales pipeline and CRM. Record the status, value, probability, next action, and expected closing date of every active opportunity. Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and contribute to monthly sales forecasts. Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, designers, architects, and other industry professionals. Collaborate with the showroom, warehouse, and management teams. Meet individual sales, calling, follow-up, and appointment targets. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, inside sales, customer service, or business development. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent English and Spanish are required. Comfortable making a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Comfortable using CRM systems, sales pipelines, spreadsheets, email, and office software. Ability to work full-time, on-site at our Doral location.
