Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our Miami team. This is an Inside Sales Representative position that combines inside sales and appointment setting with hands-on customer service and branch support responsibilities. The primary sales focus is connecting with prospective customers, following up with leads, and converting customer inquiries into scheduled estimate appointments.

The role also plays an important part in the customer experience after the initial appointment is scheduled. You will assist with customer questions, installation and service scheduling, follow-up, and coordination with our installation and branch teams.
We are looking for someone who enjoys both sales and customer service, someone who is comfortable asking for the appointment, working toward established goals, and following up consistently, while also providing professional and helpful service through customer experience.

What You'll Do
Inside Sales & Appointment Setting

• Answer inbound calls from prospective customers and work to convert inquiries into scheduled estimate appointments.
• Make outbound calls and follow up with leads received through the website, phone, events, and other marketing sources.
• Consistently follow up with prospects who have not yet scheduled an estimate.
• Follow up with customers who received an estimate but have not yet purchased and work to schedule a follow-up sales appointment.
• Work toward established appointment-setting and ISR performance objectives.
• Maintain accurate lead, appointment, and follow-up information in the CRM system.
• Review missed or reminder calls and ensure prospective customers receive timely follow-up.
• Confirm upcoming appointments with customers.
• Identify appropriate opportunities for additional or add-on sales.
• Assist with referral and neighborhood marketing efforts.

Customer Service & Branch Support

• Provide professional and courteous service to prospective and existing customers by phone and in person.
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, scheduling needs, and service-related matters.
• Coordinate installation and service appointments with customers, installers, and branch management.
• Communicate scheduling changes and important customer updates to the appropriate team members.
• Follow up with customers after installation to confirm satisfaction and assist with outstanding concerns.
• Work closely with the installation team to help ensure jobs are properly scheduled and ready for completion.
• Maintain accurate installation and service scheduling information.
• Assist walk-in customers and provide showroom coverage as needed.
• Keep the Branch Manager informed of significant customer concerns, scheduling changes, or service issues.
• Provide basic administrative and branch support when needed.
• Complete assigned reports and participate in required meetings and training.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous inside sales, customer service, call center, appointment-setting, scheduling, or similar experience preferred.
• Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, following up with leads, and asking customers to schedule an appointment.
• Sales-minded with a strong customer-service approach.
• Comfortable handling both prospective customer sales calls and existing customer service needs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate customer and scheduling information.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, email, scheduling systems, and standard business software.
• Dependable and able to consistently work the required schedule.
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented when working with customers and coworkers.
