Outside Sales Representative

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client to hire a full-time Outside Sales Specialist in Miami, FL. What you'll do: Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across the U.S. power transmission and distribution market. Build relationships with customers and key decision-makers in engineering, procurement, and operations Support quotes, pricing, bids, proposals, and negotiations Partner with independent sales representatives to expand market reach and develop accounts Drive opportunities forward through the sales cycle Identify market trends, competitive activity, and new growth opportunities Participate in customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows Maintain CRM pipeline activity and track sales KPIs Work closely with Sales Management and Inside Sales to execute growth strategies What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree (Business, Engineering, or related field) Experience in B2B sales, business development, industrial sales, utility sales, or a technical sales environment Strong prospecting, relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Office, CRM, ERP, Power BI, or similar systems Experience with power transmission/distribution, electrical products, utilities, or commodities is highly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel Ability to travel within the US up to 40% of the time.
