German Saturday School Teacher: Inspire Multilevel Learners

With an immediate start date, we are seeking: Saturday School Teachers We are looking for qualified educators with native-level German proficiency to teach in our German Saturday School. Teachers will provide instruction to one or more of the following age groups: Preschool, Kindergarten, Elementary School, Middle School, High School, and Adults. Candidates should demonstrate strong commitment, flexibility, reliability, and a passion for teaching language learners of varying ages and proficiency levels. In addition to classroom instruction, teachers support student progress through lesson planning, preparation, and grading, and contribute to a positive and engaging learning environment. Qualifications and Experience: Native-level proficiency in German Training and experience in teaching German as a language Experience working with one or more of the listed age groups Ability to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons Experience with differentiated instruction to support diverse learners Availability to work on Saturdays Personal and Professional Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility and adaptability Strong organizational and time management skills Reliability and punctuality Ability to work independently and collaboratively Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment Location: Mountain View, CA Pay scale: $35.00 per hour worked FLSA Classification: Non-exempt Reports to: Head ofSaturday School Please note that we are only able to accept applications of candidates who are eligible to work in the US (sponsorship of work visa is not possible for this position).
