HCT is seeking an Interim Trauma Program Manager for a 150+ bed hospital in California.
The responsibilities include:
- Manage operational, administrative, and outreach services for the trauma program
- Coordinate interdisciplinary management across the continuum of trauma care
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and practice management guidelines
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
Requirements:
- Education: RN required; Coursework leading to a BSN
- Experience: Eight (8) of progressively responsible nursing experience of which four (4) years should be in a critical care, emergency department, or trauma center environment and at least two (2) years of progressively responsible supervisory experience
- License: Current CA RN license
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS required; TNCC preferred
- EMR: Meditech
