Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney

Position Overview Pre-Litigation Attorney on behalf of a plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Las Vegas, Nevada. This onsite opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys building client relationships, negotiating favorable settlements, and managing cases from intake through resolution in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement. Conduct thorough case investigations to evaluate liability and damages. Draft, review, and finalize demand packages and other legal documents. Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel. Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing regular communication and guidance throughout the legal process. Collaborate closely with legal assistants, case managers, and litigation attorneys to ensure seamless case progression. Develop case strategies designed to maximize recovery and achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Deliver an exceptional client experience while maintaining the highest standards of legal advocacy. Qualifications Active license to practice law in good standing in Nevada. Prior plaintiff personal injury experience required. Strong knowledge of applicable state personal injury laws and pre-litigation procedures. Demonstrated success negotiating settlements and resolving personal injury claims. Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume, high-value caseload. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary of $85,000–$150,000, depending on experience.
