We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Sierra Vista, AZ. This mid-level position is ideal for a compassionate professional who is committed to improving the quality of life for patients through comprehensive physical therapy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical injuries or disabilities to enhance movement, alleviate pain, and regain functional independence.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient assessments.
• Deliver direct patient care focused on restoring strength, mobility, and overall function.
• Instruct patients and their families on home exercise regimes to support rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions and patient progress.
• Work collaboratively with rehabilitation teams and contribute to discharge planning.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Arizona.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings is preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to build rapport with patients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $104,000 to $124,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Please note that no signing bonus or relocation package is offered.
