Clinical Director (Licensed) – Behavioral HealthLakewood, Washington Telecare Corporation – Pierce County Evaluation & Treatment Center #250 Full-Time, Salaried | 100% In-Person (No Remote/Hybrid)Telecare is seeking a Licensed Clinical Director to lead clinical services at our Pierce County Evaluation & Treatment Center (E&T) #250 in Lakewood, WA.Pierce County E&T is an inpatient behavioral health program serving adults experiencing acute psychiatric needs who require a secure, structured environment for evaluation, stabilization, treatment, and recovery support.This is a fully onsite leadership position requiring a strong and visible clinical presence within the program. The Clinical Director partners closely with the Administrator, nursing leadership, and multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality, recovery-focused care.Expected starting salary range is $103,460.20 to $127,815.25. The full salary range extends to $152,170.29. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.
