Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts
• Assist with invoice processing and payment administration
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support month-end close activities and account reconciliations
• Assist with journal entries and reporting functions
• Monitor account activity and investigate discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments as needed
• Assist with administrative accounting projects and special assignments

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Experience with AP, AR, and account reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Eagerness to learn and grow within an accounting team
