Job Overview

The Site Coordinator supports daily facility operations, equipment maintenance processes, supply inventory, vendor coordination, and general departmental communication. This role ensures tools, equipment, and shared areas are properly stocked, maintained, and functioning to support smooth operational performance across the organization.

A Day In The Life

• Pull, rotate, and manage equipment carts.

• Replace and charge equipment batteries.

• Collect sign-out sheets and update Teams/THOR Radio.

• Monitor and restock cafeteria supplies.

• Inspect and restock freezer items.

• Issue supplies as needed.

• Review and maintain inventory.

-Other duties as needed

What will help you thrive in this role?

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in facilities, inventory, or equipment support preferred.
