Family Nurse Practitioner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care and possess a diverse skill set in various medical specialties.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide primary care services including health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and order appropriate laboratory tests
- Administer medications, including injections, in accordance with established protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies

Qualifications
- Must have experience in family care, urgent care, pediatrics
- Proficient in suturing wounds when necessary
- Strong diagnostic evaluation skills with a solid understanding of physiology
- Ability to administer injections safely and effectively
- Board Certification, DEA with schedule types II - V, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS

Work is performed at urgent cares, respiratory clinics, and other facilities as needed. Schedules vary including 12 and 8 hour shifts days and evenings as patient load demands.
