About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: ICU experience Description: This unit has 32 beds with patient ratios of 1:2. The staffing includes RNs, nurse externs, and a free-floating charge RN. Equipment utilized includes Philips monitors and Alaris pumps. Documentation is completed using a Meditech system. Scheduling requirements must meet minimal requirements based on FTE/contract. Floating may occur based on the needs of the facility. Patient experience standards follow ICARE principles. Procedures conducted on this unit include CRRT, intubations, and line placements. The dress code requires navy blue or black scrubs. This unit has recently undergone renovations and is equipped with new bedside monitors and other equipment in every room. The team has received multiple awards, including Daisy awards for outstanding performance. The staff is experienced and tenure is commendable. Schedule options are available to fit varying needs.
