What You'll Do:

• Assess and treat patients with developmental, psychological, or injury impacts in daily living activities
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families
• Administer and supervise occupational therapy modalities, including therapeutic exercises, splinting, ROM, and endurance training
• Verify physician orders, evaluate patient progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Ensure safety and proper use of equipment, providing instructions to patients and families
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams and referring physicians to optimize patient outcomes

What You Need:

• Required:
  • Current New Mexico Occupational Therapy license
  • BLS certification from AHA
  • Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • At least 1 year of occupational therapy experience preferred
• Preferred:
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage assessments, evaluations, and clinical decisions confidently
