POSITION OVERVIEW
We anticipate an upcoming opportunity for a Sourcing Analyst to support strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives across multiple business functions. This individual will partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to analyze spend, identify sourcing opportunities, support vendor negotiations, and help drive cost savings while ensuring supplier performance and compliance.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Support strategic sourcing initiatives from requirements gathering through supplier selection.
• Analyze purchasing data, supplier performance, and spend trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify qualified vendors.
• Assist in the development and execution of Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Prepare pricing comparisons, bid analyses, and sourcing recommendations.
• Maintain supplier records, contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and sourcing strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance, and service-level expectations.
• Create reports and dashboards to communicate sourcing metrics and procurement performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within Procurement and Supply Chain.

WHAT'S NEEDED

• 3-5+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Vendor Management.
• Experience supporting sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred).
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, or similar.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting retail, apparel, fashion, or consumer products organizations.
• Knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies and supplier lifecycle management.
• Experience with spend analysis and procurement reporting.
• Familiarity with contract management processes.
• Experience working in a fast-paced corporate procurement environment.
