Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are prepared with the correctly
• Organize order tickets and proper placement of food on food trays
• Collaborate with the culinary team
• Inspect dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature before sending them out to guests
• Assist in delivering orders/running food to maintain prompt service to guests
• Address food/beverage or service related guest issues
• Eliminate obstacles in service, food preparation lines or dishwashing
• Support bussers/servers
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or department manager

Knowledge of menu items and service as well as overall restaurant operations Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights

Education And Experience: Two years high volume table-service dining required Ability to obtain KY Racing License
